As an industrial equipment, there are a variety of specific products under the forklift catalogue. Some are heavy-duty forklifts, heavy-duty trucks, electric and internal combustion.
These products are circulated in the European Union. The product certification requirements for the CE certification of counterbalanced forklift trucks are 2006/42/EC. The products also refer to EMC, and products below 75V do not have LVD requirements.
In order to meet the requirements of the directive, it is necessary to meet the following standards: EN1726-1, ISO3691, and of course the basic health and safety requirements of Appendix I of the Directive should be considered in the design of products.
After the CE certification of the counterbalanced forklift has obtained the CE certificate, it is necessary to establish complete technical documents, including: manual, circuit diagram, test report, mechanical diagram, liquid road diagram, calculation book, test report of the fork, battery test report (electric vehicle ), chain test report, seat vibration test report, glass certificate, seat belt certificate and test report, etc., need to be judged from the tonnage of the certified product.
