  When designing the controller, you should pay attention to the following CE certifications for rubber and plastic machinery.
  The control device must:
  ——Clearly visible, easily identifiable, and appropriately labeled if necessary;
  ——The installation location is suitable for safe operation, no delays and wasted time, and is clear and unambiguous;
  ——It is designed to ensure that the movement of the controller is consistent with its effect;
  ——If necessary, except for some controllers, such as emergency stop, remote control training console, are installed outside the danger zone;
——The installation position ensures that its operation does not cause additional danger;
  ——Design or protection so that the desired result will not occur if it is not intentional to operate, if it involves a hazard;
  ——Can withstand foreseeable stress conditions; special care must be taken that the emergency stop device may be under considerable stress.
 When a controller can perform several different actions in design and manufacture, that is, when it is not one-to-one (such as a keyboard, etc.), it must clearly display the actions it performs, and should be confirmed when needed.
The controller must be configured in accordance with ergonomic principles to match its layout, travel and control operations to the actions it performs. The limitations imposed by personal protective equipment (such as work shoes, gloves, etc.) that must be used or expected to be used must be considered.
  Indicators (such as indicators, signal lights, etc.) must be installed on the mechanical equipment as required by the operation. The operator must be able to read these indications and signals from the console.
The operator must be able to ensure that no exposed personnel are in the hazardous area from the main console.
