1, LED color aberration problem

The application of a single LED basically does not have a color aberration, but if a large number of LED are put into use or a lamp has multiple LED at the same time, the color aberration problem will be sudden. First speaking of a set of lamps and lanterns, if I can see at first glance that the color of the lights is not consistent, I think a happy mood will be had a discount. Although it is like LUXEON, LED is divided into eight  regions according to the color temperature, and then divided into several districts in each  area. so the large range of color difference is controlled. But there are still differences in the same batch of LED in the same area, and this difference still can not escape the naked eye provocation.

    　

2, LED insulation problem
(the insulation described here is the positive and negative of the heat sink to the LED)We can not say that we are first discovered the insulation problem of LED, but at least the large manufacturer were surprised by our doubts. Until now, there is still no solution to the fundamental problem, but only to take up measures,If aluminum substrate is used to insulate (the initial aluminum substrate has not been insulated, almost all of them have been done now) may be incomprehensible.Single LED is not insulated and has little influence. but there are problems in a multiple series.

3, LED anti pulse problem
This problem is still controversial with manufacturers, and it does real exist in my practical application. The main reaction is on the cold pulse, that is, the electric power moment,A small number of LED break or disconnect instantly in the cold state.I don't think it's caused by static electricity or high pressure(the opening voltage is within the range).

4, LED luminescence angle problem
Because the LED lens package of each manufacturer is different even in the same angle of light (nominal angle), the effect is not the same, which makes the selection of the spotlight difficult and difficult to be used.

5.Hidden dangers that LED might potential blindness
The LED luminescence point is too concentrated to make the center brighten, so it is easy to hurt people's eyes. Although some lighting manufacturers make efforts in this area, However, due to the lag of regulations, it can only be a moral issue for human beings.

6. LED heat problem
Theoretically, LED is not very hot, but due to the immature technology at present, LED hot is well known. I don't want to say too much.

7.Low efficiency (luminescence) of LED
At present, the electrical conversion efficiency of LED is too low (because there is no instrument testing, we can not give specific data).

8.LED lack of brightness
The lack of brightness makes the current LED only play a supporting role in the lighting industry, mainly for decoration.

9.LED light failure and life span
At present, the problem of light decay and life expectancy of LED produced in mainland or Taiwanese businessmen is serious.Big brands, such as LUXEON, said can use  100 thousand hours. I am afraid they have only have their own clarity,and plus the  heat dissipation, the driver of the match can affect the light failure and life of LED, so 100 thousand hours is just a selling point!

10.The problem of LED driving power supply
At present, most of the driving circuits are borrowed from switching power supply.Of course, there is also a very small number of lines are specifically used for LED driver, but the effect is basically the same.Because LED needs DC drive and constant current control, made the driving circuit is quite large and can not be compared with the electronic transformer.And the efficiency is relatively low, It's good to reach 80%. (single can not reach).In addition, the manufacturer is pursuing the applicability, claim that a drive can take over ten random connections(one, two are fine),In fact, this is a misconception, although it is constant current,the high initial voltage often causes LED to die instantly.

11.LED modeling Limited
Because of the characteristics of LED single side luminescence, the shape of LED lamps is limited.

12. high unit price of LED 
An imported 1W-3WLED costs about 3 dollars, and a domestic one needs more than 10 yuan (poor quality, no intellectual property). and about 6 piece of  LED lamps are sold to consumers, almost 1000 yuan RMB. so would you like to buy a color TV or a lamp?
