1. Torque - pull test (orque & tension)

 

Torque test required instruments: stopwatch, torque meter, torque clamp (2 kinds, depending on the model selection of suitable tools)

 

Apply clockwise torque on the part within 5 seconds, twist to 180 degrees or 0.34N-m for 10 seconds

 

Then bring the unit back to a relaxed state

 

Repeat the above process counterclockwise

2. Drop Test (DropTest)
