The information that UL certification required to submit
 

Applicants need to submit the information about the company and products
Written application: you should in writing way to require UL company test your products.
Company information: provide the detailed and accurate names, address, contact person, postal code, telephone and fax in Chinese and English.
 
(a)     The applicant company: Companies that submit product inspection request and take charge of all project service.
(b)     The listed company: Companies listed in the various product catalogs published by UL.
(c)     Manufacturing plant: manufacturer and producer of products.
 
Product information: The information of the product shall be provided in English. First of all, make sure that your product is within the scope of UL testing:
(a)      The name of the product: The full name of the product.
(b)      Product model: List all products, models, varieties, or classification numbers that need to be tested.
(c)     Product’s intended use: For example: family, office, factory, coal mine, ship, etc..
(d)     Parts list: List the components and models (classification numbers) that comprise of the product, rated value, and manufacturer's name. For insulating materials, please provide the name of raw materials, For example: GEPolycarbonate, LexanType104. When the parts have been certified or recognized by UL, please prove the specific model of this component, and indicate its UL file number.
(e)     Electrical property: For electronic and electrical products. Provides electrical schematics (wiring diagrams) and electrical performance tables.
(f)      Structure drawing: For most products, should be provide the .product drawings or explosion diagrams, and burden lists, etc.
(g)     Product photos, instructions, safety, and installation instructions, etc..
