The details after the UL certification test
 
After the UL test, the project test engineer will tell you whether the product meets the requirements of the UL certification or not, if it meets the UL requirements, the test engineer will do a complete UL test data report, test data will also be used to track service and serve as a basis for tracking service details.
 
The tracking service specification is a document that describes in detail the structure of the UL certified product which meets the requirements of the UL certification. The site representative of the UL will use this document as a guide to perform periodic UL certification product to inspections at the facility.
 
Before the UL Certification Engineer sends the test report to you, you must agree to take part in the UL tracking service plan. You must sign and return the tracking inspection report to indicate that your participation in the project. Usually, this document will be sent several days after the application form was sent.
 
If there are some reason that your product does not meet the requirements of UL certification, the test engineer will inform you the items which do not meet the requirements. If you choose to change the product and be willing to repeat the test, you can contact the engineer who responsible for your project and re tests the necessary items.
 
If you have any questions about the test result, an understanding of a requirement, or a UL decision, UL's complaint process allows you to let UL's management hear your advice without worrying about the relationship with UL.
