FCC Certification Mark
The FCC certification mark is dependent on the conformity assessment method, and different evaluation methods have different requirements for the FCC certification mark.
1. Requirements for FCC certification marking of equipment for conformity declaration procedures
For devices that are integrated with several parts that comply with different rules, only a description and FCC certification mark are required to be identified on the integrated device. It belongs to the two procedures of conformity declaration and verification. The identification requirements need to be carried out in accordance with the requirements of conformity declaration and the test requirements respectively.
For equipment belonging to the two procedures of certification and verification, the identification requirements can be implemented according to the requirements of certification, and the testing requirements need to be implemented separately;
For devices that belong to the two procedures of declaration of conformity and certification, the FCC certification mark of the declaration of conformity and the FCC ID of the certification should be identified at the same time. Devices belonging to FCC Part 15 and FCC Part 18 must be identified only according to FCC Part 15 rules.
2. Requirements for FCC certification marking of equipment for verification or certification procedures
1. Tag type:
The device belongs to the verification program and needs to be identified with the unique verifier identification label;
The device belongs to the authentication program and needs to be labeled with the FCC ID label.
2, if the outer surface of the device is small, not enough to identify information, the description to be identified can be marked on the user manual and packaging, but the authenticator identification label and FCC ID label must be affixed to the device.
