Information required for FCC Certification application
1. The full name and detailed contact address of the manufacturer and the applicant for certification of the product.
2. A copy of the installation and use manual of the certified product will be provided to the user. (If the product does not already have a user manual, a draft copy of the content can be provided)
3. Product electrical schematic diagram and working principle description. (If the product has ground or antenna, it should be described)
4. The working oscillation frequency table of the product shall list the propagation path of the signal and the corresponding oscillation frequency.
5. Other product features that need to be explained.
Remarks
1. Relevant documents should be in both Chinese and English.
2. In order to shorten the certification cycle, the information provided is preferably in the form of electronic documents.
3. In the certification process, for some special circumstances, the enterprise may need to submit other additional relevant information.
