3.1.1 laws and regulations
FCC:Federal Communications Commission
Full name: the Federal Communications Commission of the United States, and is directly responsible to the Congress.
According to the relevant provisions of the federal regulations of the United States (CFR 47 part), All electronic products that enter the United States needs require electromagnetic compatibility related certification (except for products which are specifically stipulated in relevant clauses), which is called FCC certification.
There are three common ways of FCC authentication: Certification、DoC、Verification。
All wireless products that need access to the United States are needs require Certification.
The products certified by Certification will have a FCC ID Number, popularly known as FCC ID Certification. 3.1.2 标准
