Amazon PSE needs to submit information requirements:


Amazon's filing requirements are the same as those for electrical products that enter the Japanese market through other channels, not any particular new requirements. Over the years, friends have come to me in a hurry: goods arriving at Japanese Customs were seized, a large amount of storage was held but Amazon refused, and so on; and diamond PSE appliances, such as power lines printed with "the name of the next business" entered Japan.


What does the term "business name" mean? It means the name of the importer. When applying for PSE certification, the manufacturer temporarily accepts the application for PSE certification by replacing the name of the Japanese importer with the name of the enterprise that has been declared as the importer. However, the actual import of Japanese electrical products (diamond or round PSE marking appliances) must be printed on the importer's name has been reported in METI, not printed "out of business name". The importer is required to produce a copy of the declaration document of the same type of product which has been declared by METI of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and other relevant documents. More than 10 years ago or 56 years ago, Japanese customs, electrical appliances dealers, network vendors and other windows do not understand the Electric Safety Law, many electrical appliances that do not conform to the Electric Safety Law have entered the Japanese market, recently changed a lot, but still do not conform to the Electric Safety Law after the electrical products into the Japanese market were stopped, please manufacturers friends, agents. Friends not only want to know the law of electricity, but also tell you about the people around you who want to sell electrical appliances to Japan. Amazon requested documents to confirm whether the charger met the requirements of Japan's Electric Safety Act for the sale of diamond PSE products in Japan.

(2) The following red box refers to a copy of the declaration document that the Japanese importer has already filed in METI of the Ministry of Economy and Industry. After obtaining the license, METI will seal the official seal and return the declaration to the import company.

(1) The nameplate must be marked with the content required by the Electric Safety Law, that is, the diamond PSE logo, the company name of the importer (English name: Notifier), and the METI logon certification authority logo.

(2) A copy of the declaration document already declared by the Japanese importer in METI must have the official seal accepted by METI, and the copy must include the form sheet for submission. For detailed requirements, please refer to the requirements of the Electrical Safety Law Guide:
