CQC Product certification Management Measures
These measures apply to the product certification certificate issued by CQC.
1, Scope of application
These measures apply to the product certification certificate issued by CQC.
2, product certification certificate category
2.1, CCC certification: national mandatory product certification certificate, is to prove that the product meets the national mandatory product certification requirements and license certified products to use the certification mark of the statutory certification document.
2.2, voluntary product certification certificate: China Quality Certification Center voluntary product certification certificate, is to prove that the product conforms to the center's voluntary product certification requirements and license certified qualified products to use certification marks of the statutory certification document.
2.3, CB test certificate: International Electrotechnical Commission electrical products certification and testing organization IECEE-CB system of electrical products testing certification documents.
3, the content of the certificate
3.1, according to the provisions of Article 16 of the "National Mandatory Product Certification Management Provisions", the CCC certification certificate includes the following contents:
(1) Certificate number;
(2) the name and address of the applicant, the product manufacturer and the manufacturer;
(3) the registered trademark of the product (when necessary);
(4) the name, series, specifications and model of the product;
(5) standards and technical rules based on certification;
(6) the date of issuance and the period of validity of the certificate;
(7) Full name and seal of license-issuing organs;
(8) Signing and sealing by hand.
3.2, the content of the voluntary product certification certificate includes:
(1) Certificate number;
(2) the name and address of the applicant and the manufacturer;
(3) The number of the manufacturer;
(4) the registered trademark of the product (when necessary);
(5) the model and name of the product;
(6) standards and technical rules based on certification;
(7) Authentication mode;
(8) the date of issuance and the period of validity of the certificate;
(9) Full name and seal of license-issuing organs;
(10) Signing and sealing by hand.
3.3, according to IECEE01, 02 documents, CB test certificate content includes:
(1) Certificate number;
(2) the name and address of the applicant, the manufacturer and the manufacturer;
(3) the name, specification, registered trademark (if necessary) and model of the product;
(4) the standard number, version number and revision number according to the standard;
(5) the number of the test report;
(6) the date of issuance and the full name of the issuing authority;
(7) Signature of the issuer.
3.4 If the applicant proposes to print the registered trademark of the product on the certificate, the trademark registration certificate and the use contract shall be submitted.
3.5, in addition to the CB test certificate, a certificate in principle can only have 1 production site.
4. Certificate form
4.1, CCC certification certificate and voluntary product certification certificate in Chinese and English comparison form. In the event of a dispute over the English content, the Chinese language shall prevail. 4.2 The CB test certificate shall be in English and IECEE format.
5, the validity period of the certificate
5.1 The validity period of the CCC certification shall be implemented according to the validity period stipulated in the Implementation Rules of the National Compulsory Certification Products;
5.2 The validity period of the voluntary product certification certificate shall be implemented according to the validity period specified in the General and Special Requirements for Voluntary Product Certification;
5.3, CB test certificate does not state the validity period.
6, the rights and obligations of the certified enterprise to use the certificate
6.1 Within the validity period of the certificate, the enterprise has the right to use the certification mark on the certified products, their packaging and instructions.
6.2. Certificates can be used for advertising. (except CB test certificate)
6.3, the certified enterprise shall ensure the quality and stability of the certified product, the certified product change without consent, shall not use the certificate and certification mark.
6.4, the certified enterprise quality assurance system has major changes, should report to the center and accept the center's supervision and inspection, supervision and inspection before and unqualified, shall not use the certificate and certification mark.
6.5, the certified enterprise should properly keep the certificate to avoid loss and damage.
6.6, the certificate is not allowed to forge, alter, lend, rent, transfer.
6.7 The enterprise shall pay the certification fee on time to obtain or maintain the certificate.
7, forgery, counterfeiting, alteration, rental, transfer and abuse of certification, in addition to suspension or [FS:PAGE] revoke its certification, ordering it to take corrective measures, when necessary to investigate the relevant legal responsibility.
8. Issuance of certification
8.1 Enterprises can directly send people to hold the certificate or entrust other units or individuals to hold the entrustment letter of the entrustment unit to CQC to obtain the certification certificate.
8.2 Enterprises can also entrust CQC to mail the certification certificate. In case of consignment, the enterprise shall notify the CQC of its detailed address, postal code, contact and other supporting materials in an official document (consignment letter).
