(1) Submission of new application

When applying, you can fill in the application form according to the situation of the application:
1. The CQC mark certification certificate is selected according to the needs of the Chinese and English versions, so it is necessary to fill in the application form in the correct simplified Chinese and English; Domestic applicants need English certification, overseas applicants need Chinese certification, the applicant is required to accurately translate the relevant content.
2. When applicants apply for CCC+CB or CQC+CB certification at the same time, they can submit two applications at the same time by selecting CCC+CB or CQC+CB on the CQC network. When applying for CB, please pay attention to fill in the English information with accurate translation.
3. Please carefully read the unit division principles and guidelines for various products to ensure that when you apply for multiple model specifications in one application, these models are the same application unit.
4. In the case of multiple trademarks for one model specification product or multiple model specification products in a single application, care should be taken to ensure that the trademarks are registered or authorized by the trademark holder.
5. When applying for multifunctional products, the category of products should be determined by the testing standards of the main functions of the products.
6. Initial application: Since the initial application requires a factory review, the application should be completed by selecting “ First time application” In the remarks column, indicate the need for the "initial factory review" and the expected factory review time.
Seven. Reapplication: Reapplication does not require a factory review, so you should select &ldquo when filling out the application form; Apply again ” , enter the corresponding number in the Factory number field.
8. Application for change: The application for change is to change the product on the basis of the certificate, so the original certificate number should be filled in when filling in the application, and the original certificate needs to be returned when getting a new certificate.
9. Derivative product application: The derivative product is the same series and the same safety unit as the certified product. When filling in the application form, it is important to pay attention to the difference between filling in the remarks field and the original product, which can help judge whether it is necessary to send samples for type testing.
Fill in the application information of the applicant, manufacturer, manufacturer name should fill in the legal person name, should not fill in the personal name.
For written applications, after receiving the applicant's written application for CCC certification, the China Quality Certification Center will input the corresponding application information (manufacturer + product) into the CQC website, and inform the applicant of the user name and password. And the online electronic version of the certification related public documents, application guidelines, other materials and information into paper form fax or other media notification to the applicant.
The applicant should also pay attention to the above issues when filling in the CCC written application.
(2) Acceptance of new applications
After the applicant completes the application information, according to the category of the product, it will be accepted by the corresponding product division certified engineer, the application will be given a unique application number, that is, the China Quality certification Center formally accepted the application, before the application is certified, the applicant should timely and often enter their own user to query the application code. After the applicant's written application is submitted, the product certification engineer will notify the applicant of the corresponding application number after acceptance. (7) Expected certification costs: application fees, approval and registration fees, test fees (including machine testing, random safety parts testing), factory inspection fees;
The applicant shall follow “ Product evaluation activity plan” The following points should be noted when submitting technical data and samples:
1. When applying for products with multiple models and specifications, the difference description of each model and specification should be provided. The prototype should be a representative model, covering all models and specifications to avoid duplicate samples;
2. When random testing of the whole machine and components is required, technical data and samples of components shall be provided in addition to the whole machine;
3. The derivative product application shall provide a description of the differences between the model specifications and the prototype product and, if necessary, provide the test data of the prototype.
4. When the overseas factory needs the initial factory review, it should fill in the "Unconventional Factory Review Form" and provide the product description. After the product description is confirmed by the laboratory, the factory review can be carried out in the type test stage.
5. Application for change should be returned together with the original certificate.
Laboratory acceptance of prototype, prototype acceptance, the applicant should ask for “ Acceptable sample receipt ” To check whether the test period is overdue; If the prototype does not meet the requirements, the laboratory will “ Sample problem report” To the applicant. After the applicant makes rectification, the samples shall be sent to the applicant again, and shall be sent to the applicant after acceptance. Sample receipt ” .
The certified engineer shall issue testing tasks to the laboratory after receiving the submitted application materials and being informed that the samples have been sent to the designated laboratory.
