2, establish a proxy relationship:
The principal (applicant) and the agent (CEI) sign the agency agreement, which further defines the responsibilities, powers and obligations of both parties in the form of a written contract, so as to ensure that both parties can cooperate closely in the application process, so that the application can be smoothly carried out and achieve the intended purpose. At the same time, the power of attorney is the legal basis that CEI must submit to VDE to prove that it has been entrusted by the applicant.
3, application confirmation:
After receiving the formal application form and structural parameters, VDE will formally confirm the application in writing within 2-4 weeks and send the invoice, factory inspection questionnaire and other information.
4, sample:
When the VDE application is confirmed, the specific sample delivery requirements and the relevant standards on which the test is based will be informed. After the sample is completed, it must be self-tested according to the requirements of the standard or sent to the relevant laboratory in China for prediction. After the prediction is qualified, the samples can be safely and accurately sent to VDE by EMS for testing.
(1) Once all the test items are passed, the applicant will be notified at the first time.
(2) The test results may also be defective. Some minor defects, certification body and VDE communication, as long as a little correction, do not need to send samples again, VDE can be issued.
(3) When there is an important defect in the test results, the certification body will discuss the cause of the failure with the applicant. If necessary, ask VDE to send back the failed samples for reference analysis. After the sample modification is complete, the re-inspection procedures will be handled, and the sample will be sent again until it is qualified. If the samples are sent again within six months, the cost of re-testing will be greatly reduced.
5, VDE certification factory inspection:
Factory review before certification and supervision and review after certification or irregularly. Before the factory audit, the certification body appoints experts to assist the manufacturer to self-inspect the production facilities, experimental equipment, metrology and the entire quality system against the VDE requirements. If the inspection personnel put forward rectification requirements during the review, assist the manufacturer to discuss the rectification measures as soon as possible and quickly implement the implementation until the re-inspection passes.
6, issue VDE certification
On the premise that the factory inspection passes smoothly, if the sample test is qualified, VDE will inform the applicant of the result in time, and the VDE certificate will be issued soon.
