CIG021: Plant Review Procedures - Uniform Regulations This document contains typical plant review procedures and tests that should be provided and performed by all manufacturing plants. The aim is to ensure that all certified products comply with acceptable factory production processes.

Product Inspection Test B
CIG022: Factory audit report before certification
Part A: To be completed by the certification body requesting the review.
Part B: Factories must complete this form before they can conduct a pre-certification factory audit. The form shall be completed in detail, in particular with regard to sections b.6.1 and b.6.2, indicating the sample rate for inspection and testing and the range of test parameters.
CIG023: Factory Inspection Report
This report is completed by the examiner during the examination or routine examination before issuing the certificate. The inspector should refer to the contents of CIG 022B and compare it with the actual situation of the factory before completing the report.
The purpose of completing this report during the regular inspection is to ensure that the inspection and quality management procedures continue to meet the relevant standards during the period when the CCA system certification is in force.
CIG023 ENEC Appendix
Use this appendix when:
The factory requires a quality system to produce ENEC products. The factory does not have an accredited quality system certification body
CIG024: Factory Review
The standard requirements for performing routine inspections and product validation tests are described in the VDE's PM form. For each product category mentioned in a particular version of the standard, a separate form should be created as the base document for certification.
