The certification process of VCCI
 

1.       A producer or agent makes an initial oral or written application to AGC.
2.       The applicant shall fill out the application form and send the application form, the product instruction and the technical documents to the laboratory (applicant company is required to provide a prototype when necessary.).
3.       AGC laboratories determine the inspection standards, inspection items and sample quantities and quote prices.
4.       Applicants confirm the quotations, return quotations, and send samples and related technical documents to AGC.
5.       Technical documents provided by the applicant.
6.       AGC laboratories issue the fee notices to applicants, who request prepaid certification fees based on fee notifications.
7.       The AGC laboratory reviews the technical documents and examines the product.
8.       If the technical documentation is incomplete or not use the prescriptive language, the laboratory will notify the applicant to improve it.
9.       If the test fails, the laboratory will notify the applicant in time and decide whether to suspend the project according to the circumstances, allowing the applicant to improve the product. So until the test is up to standard. The applicant shall make changes to the technical data in the original application so as to reflect the actual circumstances after the change.
10.    For the rectification fees involved in the ninth, tenth section of this page, the laboratory will issue a supplementary fee notice to the applicant.
11.   The applicant shall pay the rectification fee according to the supplementary fee notice.
12.   AGC provide test reports or technical documents (TCF) to applicants and VCCI certificate of conformity and return the samples.
13.   Applicants sign the VCCI guarantee self declaration and attach VCCI mark on the product.
