The South Africa LOA certification renamed as NRCS
 

The electronic products are need to acquire SABS EMI COC（EMC）and LOA (Safety) certificate to into the South African market. SABS also controls the EMC and security. Products through the certification will get EMI COC (EMC) and LOA (Safety) two certificates.
Our company knows that from the beginning of September 2009 LOA will be renamed as NRCS. NRCS's certificate holds for local agents in South Africa. And EMI COC certificate holders can be overseas companies. EMI COC and NRCS are allowed to be applied serial models. But only one trademark is allowed for each certificate.
The SABS EMI COC and LOA certificate are without logo and SABS logo is not allowed to be attached to the product, otherwise, the product will be ordered to stop selling. The manufacturers, who need SABS logo to paste on the label, need to apply and complete the relevant factory inspection in the marketing department, after that, they can mark "SABS logo" on the product label.
