First, quality management
1.    Production record of key working procedure and number of product packaging have or not, if not, how to find out the problem product when appear quality problem.
2.    Warehouse management, whether the production operator have relevant aspects of the inspection: The raw materials, production process and finished products
3.    Have any quality check, who is responsible for?
4.    Whether the quality analysis meeting is held regularly, to deal with the quality issue in time, and do a good job in the feedback work
5.    Have any quality management organization for independent of production, name of the responsible person?
6.    Whether the training plan developed and implemented for all kinds of people, especially the training program for key process personnel, and how about the personnel assessment system?
7.    The proportion of quality management personnel to the production personnel.
 
Second, raw materials, bought-in components and components

1. Provide the catalogue of components and key materials.
2. Description of how to ensure the quality of raw materials, bought-in components, and components (inspection of spare parts and raw materials). Have any no collar and storage system.

 
Third, Production line for certified products
1.    Have any key production equipment, process equipment and test equipment, How about the accurate, provide the related list.
2.    Have any production flow chart and quality control point chart of certified products and clear production system.
3.    Whether the equipment on the production line, instruments and measuring instruments have the repair &maintenance system and periodic inspection system on its record
Fourth, metering
1.       Is there has measurement mechanism?
2.       The scope of work and the staff of metering mechanism(whether assessment by the Department of measurement ?)
3.       If there is no measurement mechanism, please specify what unit to measurement.
Fifth, Factory test organization
1.    List the name of the main test equipment and production plant, any certificate and effective identification certificate (accuracy, level), then what tests can be carried out?

Sixth, Technical documents and data
1.    Product drawings and technical conditions, technical documents of products.
2.    A test report for a certified product in the last six months
3.    Find out the percentage of the total waste and defective production in the last six months
