Level two product refers to products that use radio spectrum devices to interfere with higher radiation, Such as switching power supply, welding machine, dimmer, most of the household appliances, etc.. The supplier must sign the compliance statement and provide a product description, also need to provide test reports according to relevant standards. If there are no relevant standards, technical construction documents are required, test locations are not required and internal testing is allowed.
Level three products refers to products that use radio spectrum devices to interfere with extremely high radiation, That is, products covered by CISPR11 and CISPR22. At present, the communication terminal products are still included in this scope, However, from November 7, 2003, the end product will be divided into grade two products. The supplier must sign the compliance statement and provide a product description, a test report issued by an accredited testing institution shall also be provided.
