VCCI Certification process
1, the manufacturer or agent to AGC oral or written initial application.
2, the applicant fill in the application form, the application form, product instructions and technical documents sent to the laboratory (if necessary, also require the applicant company to provide a prototype).
3, AGC laboratory to determine the inspection standards, inspection items and sample quantity and quotation.
4. The applicant confirms the quotation, returns the quotation, and sends the samples and relevant technical documents to AGC.
5. The applicant shall provide technical documents.
6. AGC Laboratory issues a charge notice to the applicant, and the applicant requires advance payment of the certification fee according to the charge notice.
7. AGC laboratory reviews the technical documents and tests the products.
8, if the technical documents are not perfect or do not use the required language, the laboratory will inform the applicant to improve.
9, if the test fails, the laboratory will inform the applicant in time and decide whether to suspend the project according to the situation, allowing the applicant to improve the product. So, until the test passes. The applicant shall make changes to the technical data in the original application to reflect the actual situation after the changes.
10. For the rectification costs mentioned in Articles 9 and 10 of this page, the laboratory will issue a supplementary charge notice to the applicant.
11. The applicant shall pay the rectification fee according to the supplementary charge notice.
12. AGC shall provide the applicant with the test report or technical document (TCF), as well as the VCCI compliance certificate and return the sample.
13. The applicant signs the VCCI warranty self-declaration, and affix the VCCI mark to the product.
