Consists of a cap shell, a cap lining, a lower cheek strap and a back hoop. Impact absorption performance, puncture resistance, lateral rigidity, electrical insulation, flame retardant are the requirements of the basic technical performance of the safety helmet.

When the head of the operator is impacted by falling objects, the helmet shell and hat lining are used to decompose the impact force into the entire area of the skull in an instant, and then most of the impact force is absorbed by the elastic deformation, plastic deformation and allowed structural damage of the various parts of the helmet, so that the impact force on the head of the final person is reduced to below 4900N.
