The introduction of VCCI certification
 

The VCCI certification is specifically for electromagnetic emission control of IT devices, the certification belongs to the EMC certification which is different from other countries for a variety of products certification system. VCCI certification is non mandatory and is based entirely on voluntary principles, but is adopted by many companies to demonstrate the quality of the product. Therefore, VCCI certification is only be the theoretical "voluntary", the market pressure to make it practical implementation. Only the laboratory members of VCCI are eligible for this certification, which is required by a laboratory with a VCCI authorization certificate. VCCI members are all over the world, not just Japan.
 
Manufacturers need to become members of VCCI before using the VCCI tag, and the global manufacturers can become members of the organization as long as they pay dues and membership fees once a year. That is, after the customer has received the product test report, they also need to pay membership fees before the use of VCCI tags, which is the so-called "home to Japan" registration procedures.
 
Products that pass the VCCI standard will allow affixing the VCCI tag to the product. The A grade label of the product shall indicate that the product complies with the RF radiation clause; on the other hand, the B level product simply displays the basic VCCI notation.
 
It should be noted that the certification is only suitable for the IT computer peripherals, and not any electronic and electrical products are suitable, other products apply to.
