Introduction of E-MARK certification
 
What is E/e.Mark certification?
 
E/e.Mark certification is the European common market for ensure the safety and environmental protection of driving. The entire automobile and its safety parts, noise and waste gas, etc are need to according the EEC Directives and ECE Regulation, pass the certification, to grant a certificate.
 
E/e.Mark certification have different number between the different countries, for example, to apply to Luxemburg, the E-Mark number is E13/e13.
 
Scope of application
 
Vehicle--- more than two or three wheeled motor vehicles, such as buses, trucks, motorcycles and road vehicles.
 
Locomotive spare components - --Lamp and bulb, mirror, tires, wheels, brakes, horn, anti-theft devices, safety belt, Automobile glass, safety helmet, child safety chair, product of car accessory electric appliance etc.
 
Since October 2002, all vehicles, vehicle parts, and electronic products used in the vehicle must be forced to perform EMC tests.
 
All the electronic components must be unified with the EMC directive 95/54/EC in Europe; self declaration based on the EMC directive 89/336/EEC will no longer be valid. And E/e Mark certificate was issued by the announcement mechanism for vehicle products authorized though the European Union. In other words, CE (EMC) certification of the original application of electronic and electronic components for the vehicle is no longer valid from October 2002. So must be reapplying to the European National Transport Authority issued by the Mark E/e certificate before the sale in the European market.
 
What is E/e.Mark certification?
 
The Europe safety certification requirements for the vehicle and the safety of parts and systems specifically embodied as E logo and e logo certification.
 
E mark was the regulation promulgated from Economic Commission of Europe (ECE). and currently ECE are includes 28 European countries, In addition to the EU members, also Including Eastern Europe, southern Europe and other non European countries. ECE regulations are recommended for each member to application, not mandatory standards. Members can apply ECE regulations, they also can use their own regulations. Usually ECE members are willing to receive test reports and certificates in compliance with ECE regulations at present from the market demand. Products of E certificate involved components and system components, and there are no vehicle certification of the relevant laws and regulations. The products that get E logo certified are accepted by the market. The car light bulbs, safety glass, tires, triangle warning signs, electronic products use for car were the common domestic product with E mark. The test agency for implementation E mark certification is generally ECE member of the technical services. The issuing authority of the E- Mark is the government department of the ECE member state. And each country has a corresponding number of certificates:

e mark is the certification mark used by European Commission under the EU directive to force member states to use motor vehicles, safety components and systems. The testing agency must be a technical service agency within the EU member states, license issuing agency must be the government's Department of Transport of EU member states.
 
Products with e-Mark will be recognized by all EU members. As with the E-mark certification, each member state's certificate has the corresponding number:
